Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts must follow the given guidelines of submission,
- For Abstracts of oral papers/E-Posters to be presented in the conference, Conference registration is compulsory.
- The abstracts must be the original work of the author / authors.
- Authors should submit a structured abstract with headings:
- Title
- Authors (Full Name) along with
- details of Institution(s), City, State and Country
- Background, Objectives and Study Design
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Trial Registration if any.
- Funding
- Acknowledgements
- References (not more than 2 latest citations).
- Keywords
- The abstract structure should not exceed 300 words.
- The content of the abstract should be accurate, brief, clear, organized, self contained,
- And in American (US) English language.
- The submitting author will be the corresponding and presenting author.
- The presenter doesn’t have to be the first author, but must submit a written consent signed by the other authors of the paper.
- Each presenter can present only one paper.
- Only an author is permitted to present the paper.
- An author can be an author in more than one paper but can only be a presenter in one paper.
- Presenting authors will only receive the certificate of participation.
- The Authors of the abstracts selected must register for the conference with full payment before the full paper submission.
- The decision of the SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE is final.

Submission Deadlines
Research abstracts submission: 20th February 2024
Acceptance and call for paper: 28th February 2024
Full paper submission: 10th March 2024
Submission of PPT with Video presentation: 15th March 2024
Confirmation of presentation: 20th March 2024
